CSR solutions help companies enhance reputation; build brand loyalty; win the war for talent; drive innovation; and forge strong bonds with customers and communities.”
“At a time of heightened consumer mistrust and increased demand for transparency around business practices, we believe that it is not only appropriate, but necessary, for companies to communicate their citizenship vision and practices,” says Nikki Korn, Principal, Cause Consulting. “However, we also believe that the road map for corporate citizenship must drive from a company’s core values and brand promise.
